Built from solid antique teak, this extraordinary bar counter was once a haveli gateway — and its bones still remember that. A hand carved floral vine frieze with traces of original paint crowns the top, framing a wide scalloped arch canopy supported by rope twist carved columns. Below it, the entire front face is covered in a dramatic grid of vertical ribbed iron columns and square rosette stud bosses — raw, dark, and breathtaking in its texture.

The cream paint that once covered it has worn away to reveal layers of iron rust and raw wood beneath — honest, aged and completely irreplaceable. No restoration. No shortcuts. Just two hundred years of character doing exactly what it should.
