Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • For customized, large furniture or bulk orders, processing may take 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use trusted courier partners (e.g. BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, Gati, or others) for domestic shipments.

  • For deliveries within India, standard shipping is used. Express or premium courier (if available) can be offered at extra cost.

  • For international shipments, we use reliable international couriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.). Duties, customs, and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times begin after the order is dispatched (not from the date of order).

  • Delays due to weather, natural disasters, courier interruptions, or customs hold-ups are out of our control.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • For domestic orders above ₹[Insert threshold, e.g. ₹20,000], we offer free standard shipping (if applicable).

  • Oversized or bulky items may incur additional “handling / freight surcharge” which will be communicated before dispatch.

  • For international orders, the customer will bear all shipping, duties, customs, taxes, and handling fees.

5. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, you will receive:
      • Shipment notification email
      • Courier name & tracking number
      • Estimated delivery date

  • You can track your parcel on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Delivery, Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

  • The courier will attempt delivery at the address you provide. Please ensure address, local contact number, and PIN code are accurate.

  • If courier cannot deliver (no one at address, wrong address, etc.), they may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

  • In case of “return to sender” due to address error or non‐availability, the customer must pay reshipping charges to resend the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Damages, Loss & Claims

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice external damage or missing parts, note it on the courier’s proof of delivery or refuse the package.

  • Within 48 hours of delivery, inform us with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will guide you through the claims process with the courier or arrange replacement or refund, based on investigation.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (for International Orders)

  • For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in our order price or shipping charges.

  • Delays in customs clearance are beyond our control; we appreciate your cooperation.

9. Bulk & Oversized Shipments

  • For large furniture or bulk orders, transit may involve semi-truck or freight services.

  • The customer may need to coordinate local lifting, unloading, or last-mile delivery support.

  • We will inform you of any special shipping requirements and costs before finalizing the order.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy

  • We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
