Furniture Return policy
we want to ensure a smooth return process. Please review our return policy below:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

- Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
- ⁠Returns are accepted only if we get video while unboxing the product within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Furniture must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

 

2. How to Return 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [9636303123] with your order/PI number and the reason for the return. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your furniture.

Return Shipping Costs

- No returned accepted due to a change of mind.
- If the return is due to a defect or damage with video proof, we will cover the return shipping cost, after that video examination.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow [5-10] business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within [24 hours] of receipt with a video proof. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items in non-original condition or items not in their original packaging.


7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you'd like to receive.


8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.


9. Additional Notes

- All returns must include proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements listed in this policy.
